Our face reveals our age, our mood, our state of health.
It is the first facet of my person perceived by others:my face reveals subtle things that I cannot hide.
Taking care of it is therefore a form of respect both for myself and for those around me.
And for that, you don't necessarily need expensive cosmetics:here are some simple facial gymnastics exercises with magical effects!

For a luscious mouth, move your lips forward, pressing them together, as if to kiss. Hold the contraction, then release. To be done 10 times in a row morning and evening.
Start by relaxing and lowering your shoulders. Then raise the eyes upwards and move the skin of the forehead. Guaranteed relaxation effect of this part which is often very tense.
To fight a double chin, straighten your head and relax your shoulders. Then stick out your tongue as much as possible by opening your mouth wide. Not pretty, but effective!
For an irresistible smile (well it seems!), close your lips tightly by pressing them together and stretching them as much as possible against your teeth. To be done ten times in a row, releasing between each contraction.
For a nice oval, open your mouth while holding my fist under my chin, so that the chin pushes the fist down. To be done ten times in a row, releasing between each contraction. Watch out for sore jaws.
For cheekbones at the top, no need for cosmetic surgery:smile by raising the ends of the mouth well up. Even if it looks silly, it works!
To complete these exercises, I don't forget to have good hygiene:I take care of my complexion and I take care of my skin on a regular basis.
