Black pepper is a well-known spice and is used without knowledge always the effects.
Like you, I use pepper to spice up my dishes and give them more flavor.

Black pepper has a local analgesic action . So I make an infusion pepper based.
1. Boil 25 cl of water.
2. Infuse 20 seeds of ground pepper and 2 cloves of garlic.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
Drink 3 times a day to soothe sore throats.
Also because of its analgesic action, black pepper can be used to make an ointment to be applied externally.
1. Heat 10 cl of sesame oil in a small saucepan.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of ground pepper.
3. Leave to cool then strain.
We then massage the painful parts with the resulting balm.
We can make a small list as there are:

- it is antibacterial
- it helps to fight coughs
- it is anti-inflammatory

- it is antispasmodic
