Cellulite, we would all like to do without it.
Unsightly and difficult to remove, avoid it! But this is not always possible...
And anti-cellulite treatments cost a fortune and are rarely effective.
Fortunately, a friend told me her secret to eliminate cellulite without breaking the bank thanks to a natural remedy.
I've been using this recipe for 3 years and I love it. Here is my simple treatment for an effective and economical anti-cellulite exfoliation.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil
- 1 bowl
1. Pour a tablespoon of sesame oil into the bowl.
2. Add a tablespoon of honey.
3. Put a teaspoon of coarse sea salt.
4. Add 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil.
5. Mix.
6. Massage sensitive areas.
And there you have it, no more cellulite! You finally got rid of it :-)
It's easy and economical, isn't it?
Every three days or so, you can treat yourself to this little massage with these homemade ingredients.
And know that if you don't have sesame oil, olive oil is fine too.
Now, the beach and the bikini are yours;-)
Sesame oil has a pleasant nutty smell and above all has toning properties. Honey is known for its nourishing, moisturizing, softening, purifying and regenerating properties.
grapefruit essential oil is known to detoxify and fight against water retention.
Finally, the massage helps promote drainage by breaking and eliminating the fat cells responsible for this unwanted cellulite.
Anti-cellulite creams easily cost 15 € and personally I have never been convinced of their effectiveness in the fight against orange peel skin and cellulite. At the rate of one tube every 3 months, that makes a budget of at least €60 per year. Just to treat cellulite!
This homemade treatment to fight cellulite costs much less:around €10 for a year. So I save 50 € per year!
