Research by drugstore chain Etos among 1,000 men and women aged 18 and older shows that despite these turbulent times of corona, we are surprisingly good in our own skin. For example, we give our well-being a 7.2, which is slightly higher than last year's score of 7.1.

What are we most satisfied with? Our food habits, we rate them with a 7.5. No fewer than two-thirds of the Dutch are consciously concerned with the amount of fruit and vegetables we eat and drinking enough water. At least half also monitor the intake of fat and sugar and four out of ten Dutch people keep track of the number of calories.
We are slightly less satisfied with how much we move, our inner balance and appearance. We only give our sports behavior a 5.8. We think we should exercise a little more often. Our sleep pattern also scores low with a 6.6.
