Why are cake, chocolate and cotton candy not healthy?
Refined sugar is the type of sugar that has been processed. Due to the production process, all nutrients have been removed, so that you are left with an empty grain. The white table sugar is therefore not good for you, but there is nothing wrong with natural sugars in fruit or (cold hurled) honey. Fruit contains vitamins and fiber that your body needs.
Well, we get it… But why doesn't our body just have a mechanism that makes sugar suddenly super healthy?
