A little stress is not a bad thing, it can actually ensure that you function optimally. When you suffer from stress for a long time, it becomes a different story. Fortunately, you can deal with stress.
Don't go on too long with stress If you (unconsciously) suffer from tension for too long, stress becomes unhealthy. You can get physical and psychological complaints, which can lead to overstrain or burnout.
