It is a massage oil that stimulates blood circulation.
1. In a small container, put a teaspoon of inophyl calophyll oil.
2. Add three drops of Evergreen Cypress essential oil.
3. Gently apply to affected area as soon as possible after exposure.

Frostbite can be very painful, so apply the oil gently.

- Mix 2 tablespoons of St. John's wort oil and 8 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil.
- Add 8 drops of spike lavender essential oil, 8 drops of tea tree and 8 drops of helichrysum (everlasting flower from Italy).

- Massage your fingers and toes 2 to 3 times a day (ears, nose and lips if necessary) vigorously.
