And you will see, there is nothing simpler to do.
With this, no more scratchy or itchy throat in just a few minutes.

3 good reasons to go into the kitchen and make your throat lozenges!
It was my naturopath who gave me his recipe and since then the pain has ended.
Here is my natural and effective recipe to make your throat gummies with only 3 ingredients . Watch:

There you go, your 100% natural anti-sore throat lozenges are already ready :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
Just suck on a lozenge as soon as you feel the first symptoms of sore throat.
You can take up to 6 a day.
I love to melt it in an herbal tea whenever I have an itchy throat.
The lozenges will keep for about 2 or 3 months in an airtight box.
Keep them away from heat, direct sunlight and temperature variations.
Be careful, if you have put essential oils, do not give the pastilles to a pregnant woman or to children under 10 years old.
To prevent the pastilles from sticking together, roll them in icing sugar as soon as you shape them.
You can also replace the water with organic lemon juice. Its vitamins will help you heal.
My little secret is also to put a little ginger in the lozenges.
Want a better tip? Make sore throat lollipops.
Here's how:As you put the caramel on the baking sheet, pour in some more material.
Then, put a small stick and let it dry.
As it dries, the stick will be caught in the caramel like a real medicine lollipop.
