There you go, thanks to this grandmother's remedy, no more blisters on your feet :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
You can say goodbye to blisters caused by repeated rubbing of the foot against the shoe!
You don't even need to spend the money on an anti-blister patch or buy NOK cream to protect your feet.
Lemon juice is much more economical and completely natural.
It's a trick you can use every time you go for a hike or run a race.
But it also works to prevent blisters in new shoes, shoes that are too small and all shoes that hurt your feet.
Lemon juice strengthens and hardens the skin of the feet. Indeed, it thickens and tans the skin.
It becomes less sensitive and less irritated by repeated contact with the shoe.
But be careful, if you have sores on your feet, avoid this remedy because it could sting.
And don't forget to moisturize your feet after your hike because lemon tends to dry out the skin.
For even more efficiency, know that you can also rub the inside of your shoes with lemon juice.
- There is another old-fashioned remedy to harden the skin on your feet. To make it even thicker, mix one part lemon juice with one part camphor. And brush your feet with this homemade preparation to tan the skin of your feet. Don't forget to moisturize them well after this treatment.
- If you already have a blister, you may need to pop it. In this case, take a fine needle and pass it under the flame of a lighter. Use this needle to puncture the blister. Then disinfect thoroughly with lemon juice.
