These starred chefs have spent their lives defending quality food, based on the quality of the products supplied by the producers.
Through their initiative, they want to defend biodiversity , respect for the environment , health of consumers and simply the cooking profession.

But this biodiversity is now threatened by the toxic marriage between Bayer and Monsanto .
Both specialize in the production of pesticides and genetically modified seeds.
