Olfactory pleasure influences our mood and well-being. Indeed, the sense of smell is directly linked to our "emotional" brain.

Essential oils can help us daily to influence our mood .
You feel tired ? Enjoy the energizing effect lemon tree essential oil or ginger .
You are stressed , are you having trouble calming down? Take out your bottle of clementine essential oil (it is my favorite !). Its sweet smell will help you calm down and relax . Mandarin, fine lavender and bergamot essential oils have the same virtues.
I place 2 to 3 drops of essential oil on my small pebbles to enjoy the smell all day.
