As soon as the sun shines and the temperature approaches 25 degrees, I often don't feel like cooking anymore. I prefer to eat a couscous salad with feta or something like that, but unfortunately the kids don't always agree 🙂 . Although… if there is couscous in it, the salad is always better than without couscous.

One of my favorite salads is this couscous salad with feta. Not only very tasty, but also nutritious and ideal for using up leftovers! For example, if you have some leftover cauliflower or broccoli, you can pre-cook it and then add it chopped. Delicious!

Tip:Try using pomegranate pieces as above for an extra fresh effect. And don't forget to save the leftovers for lunch the next day or as one of the favorite picnic recipes to use.
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions for use. Instead of salt, add a stock cube to the cooking liquid, that is also very tasty. Let the couscous cool. Chop everything else and stir to combine. Mix the oil with the lemon juice and mix it with the salad. Ready!
