They examined 6,120 women who were trying to get pregnant. 4,210 of the women eventually became pregnant. During those periods, the women monitored their drink intake every day.
Women who drank one to 13 drinks in a week saw no effect on their fertility and became pregnant within 12 months. Drinking more water reduced the chance of getting pregnant by 18 percent.
