More insight into your eating pattern? Then keep a food diary for two weeks. A helpful way to help you determine which "one" thing you should stop eating or drinking is to keep a detailed food diary for two weeks. That always helps me to see where my clients are going wrong and it also benefits them themselves. For example something like this:
Then take a good look at your food diary. Use colors to circle the different food groups and note how you feel before and after eating the foods that are often on the menu. You will soon find out how you relate to certain ingredients and what the weaknesses are in your eating behavior. From there it usually follows automatically what you should remove from your diet first.
