- 4 tablespoons of oat bran
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Prepare a comfortable place to lie down. Indeed, the mask may run before it dries. Might as well be careful.
3. Apply this mixture on the face.
4. Leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes. The freshness of yogurt awakens the complexion and softens the skin.
5. Rinse everything with clear water.
