Here are 3 homemade mask recipes to make quietly over the weekend to recharge your batteries and regain your good looks.

Banana has several benefits. On the one hand, it allows you to keep smiling thanks to its high concentration of magnesium and vitamin B.
It even acts as an antidepressant thanks to its trycophane content, which the body transforms into serotonin (happiness hormone, essential for staying in a good mood).
But that's not all. This sun-kissed fruit is a perfect antioxidant. It intensely nourishes the skin and will therefore be a perfect anti-wrinkle treatment.
My recipe
To create a nourishing and moisturizing mask with banana, I need:
- 1 half ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or sweet almond oil )
- 1 tablespoon of honey (to soften the skin)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mash the banana well with a spoon.
2. I add honey and olive or sweet almond oil. I mix everything well so as to make a homogeneous paste.
3. I spread this mixture on my face and neck. I let it sit 15 min .
4. I rinse with clear water.
Naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, avocado intensely hydrates the skin.
It is also an excellent antioxidant, perfect for keeping skin looking young and toned.
My recipe
Here is an avocado mask which will illuminate your skin in 15 min:
- 1 halfavocado very ripe
- 1 tablespoon of argan oil or sweet almond oil
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mash the flesh of the avocado well with a spoon.
2. Argan oil or sweet almond oil is added to create a homogeneous paste.
3. This paste is applied on the face.
4. Leave for 15 min . Rinse with clean water.

There's nothing like fresh cream to nourish the skin and refresh the complexion.
Combined with the softening and soothing properties of honey, you will be able to restore strength and suppleness to your skin in no time.
My recipe
We need:
- 1 teaspoon of thick fresh cream (from 15% fat)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (to leave the skin soft and silky)
Instructions
1. I mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl.
2. I apply this paste on my face.
3. I let it act for 15 to 20 min , time to redo my nails.
4. I rinse with clear water.
Here I am invigorated and well hydrated!
