Sounds like a weird idea, but using soda to shave works perfectly.
This method of shaving works much better than any other way I've tried in the past.
Why ? Because shaving with baking soda allows you to shave closer and with less irritation.
But that's not all. This saves a lot of money on razors, shaving creams and aftershaves.
Here's how to shave with baking soda:
- baking soda.
- hot water.
- a razor.
1. Pass warm water on your face to open pores and clean impurities, sweat, oil from the skin, etc. This step facilitates the work of the bicarbonate.
2. Pour baking soda into the palm of your hand. Just a pinch is enough.
3. With your fingers, add a little hot water to the baking soda. Mix well to obtain a thick paste.
4. Carefully apply the resulting paste to your whole beard so that it penetrates deeply.
The grain of bicarbonate is a super exfoliant that helps prevent white pimples that sometimes appear after shaving.
5. Let the baking soda sit well for at least 2 minutes so that it penetrates your skin and absorbs the oil from your beard.
This is how the hair becomes easier to cut and the blade of your razor deteriorates less quickly. In addition, you will see it is very pleasant!
6. Now rinse your face well with warm water. Be careful to remove ALL the baking soda of your skin! Otherwise you risk having pain if you cut yourself while shaving.
7. Shave as usual with your razor. Then, rinse your face to remove the cut hairs.
There you go, you now have a close shave thanks to baking soda :-)
