No more winter, no more gray skies and gray looks!
Gone are the foggy and blurred complexion.
With the return of the sun and its beneficial rays, it's time to take care of our dull complexion.
A vitamin C cure, anyone?
Both to ingest and to apply to the skin to find a fresh and luminous complexion, like that of a baby!
We would all like to look as young on the outside as we are on the inside...
The problem is that our skin does not seem to agree on the principle!
He gets tired, he rebels and despite all the care we can lavish on him, he does not appreciate, but not at all, the daily abuse.
Pollution, UVA and UVB, smoking, our skin cries "Help" and we don't notice it until too late. Wrinkles and fine lines already marked, complexion more fresh, depressed in front of the mirror.
A study has shown that the consumption of fruits and vegetables with a high content of vitamins and minerals would have benefits for the epidermis.

These vitamins, including vitamin C in particular, slow down skin aging. The latter helps the body to synthesize collagen which supports the skin and allows it to remain firm.
So I started eating oranges and broccoli, cucumbers and grapefruit.
A real makeover...
And then I noticed that many cosmetic brands were offering creams and treatments containing vitamin C.
So, I looked for a homemade skincare recipe with vitamin C. It's very easy. Watch:
- the pulp of an orange
- 1 effervescent Vitamin C tablet (pharmacy)
- 100ml of water
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to lukewarm.
2. Dissolve the tablet in it.
3. Squeeze an orange juice.
4. Collect the orange pulp in the hands, perfectly washed.
5. Crush it between your fingers.
6. Massage the face (perfectly cleansed too).
7. Then, take a cotton ball.
8. Soak it in diluted vitamin C.
9. Apply it on the face.
10. Perform movements from the inside to the outside of the face.
11. Finish with a warm water rinse.
There you go, thanks to your lotion, you have a healthy glow and a radiant complexion :-)
This preparation cannot be stored. Vitamin C in contact with air oxidizes and loses its properties.
I only used this lotion once, but I really saw a better. It's as if the texture of my skin had been refined to reveal a little light! I love...
